Was very happy with this price point, sales rep communication, delivery, and condition of pallet / mods upon arrival. No broken panels, they are good heavy duty frames. Connectors all are in good shape, and a few were replaced. None wired backwards which has happened to me before.

Was very apprehensive of going with a smaller outfit, but the price is right. Spoke with Jon prior to ordering, and again when 2 of my 25 panels showed up damaged. Questions Customers Often Ask

How long does delivery take?

Some customers receive their orders in 3 days, others in two weeks, so it really depends on where you are located and where the products are shipping from. We use third party freight carriers and they often have their routes where they stop/drop-off other orders on the way. Contact us to find out your delivery estimate.

Will the truck have a lift gate?

Yes, if the order is going to a residential address we send it out on a lift gate. If you do not need a lift gate and have a way to get your order unloaded, let us know!

Do you guys do installation?

As of right now we do not provide installation services, but we do get you the best products to use, guaranteed.

Do you guys ship anywhere in the U.S?

Yes. We don't care where you're at. We'll get it to you.

Can I return my order?

Simply put, we cannot take returns, but we do offer reimbursement and replacement options. Visit our Policies tab for more information on how we guarantee our products and how our warranty works!

How does manufacturer warranty work?

  • Our solar panels are sold in original manufacturer packaging and come with full manufacturer warranties. These warranties include a product warranty, typically lasting 10–12 years, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. They also include a performance warranty, ensuring the panels maintain at least 80–85% of their original output after 25 years. If an issue arises, the manufacturer will repair, replace, or refund the panel as needed. Since we sell directly from the manufacturer, customers can handle warranty claims through the manufacturer’s global support network. This provides peace of mind and reliable long-term protection for your investment.
