REFUND/REPLACEMENT/RETURN POLICY
Broken items refer to items that cannot produce expected outcome in terms of power or converting power. Examples of items that are broken are:
- Shattered glass
- Frame dislocation
- Broken modules
- Burns
- Punctures
We do not refund or replace items that work as expected but have cosmetic defects like:
- Scratches
- Dinks
- Discoloration
We offer customers two options if items in their order arrive broken.
- We can send a reimbursement for broken items.
- We can send replacements for broken items.
The reimbursement will equate to the initial purchase value of solely broken items and will be sent to the initial form of payment used.
Replacements will be the same of said broken items IF we have those same said items in hand at the time of inquiry. If not, we will send something similar.
If a replacement panel is requested and subsequently damaged during shipment, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide further replacements for that specific order. We advise considering a refund or exploring alternative solutions to minimize the risk of repeated damages.
We do not accept returns for broken items.
We will not accept a return or refund an order if it has already been placed and shipped from our warehouse and the customer has not received it yet. Once the product is accepted and received, we may issue the refund or replacement under the circumstances listed above.
SHIPPING POLICY
Clear Energy Partners charges a flat shipping rate to all customers. View the flat shipping rate at the end of your checkout once you have put in your shipping address.
Minimum shipping quantity for all orders is 10 panels. We will not ship any orders less than 10.
We offer our customers free shipping on full pallet orders. If you do not see your panel as a full pallet, add 30 to your cart and checkout. That will be considered a full pallet and the shipping will automatically be discounted from your total.
Delivery time may vary as we use third party LTL freight carriers.
WARRANTIES
- New Modules: Manufacturer warranty (usually 25-30 years)
- B-Grade Modules: 3-Year company warranty
- Refurbished Modules: 3-Year company warranty
- Used Modules: 1-Year company warranty
DISCOUNTS
Please be advised that the combination of percentage discounts is not permitted. Should an order be placed with combined discounts, it will be necessary to receive the outstanding balance prior to the shipment of the order.
