Refund policy

We only replace or reimburse broken items that cannot function properly (e.g. shattered glass, dislocated frames, burns, punctures, or broken modules). Cosmetic defects such as scratches, dinks, cell imperfections, or discoloration are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If items arrive broken, you may choose:

  • A reimbursement equal to the value of the broken items

  • A replacement, if we have the same or a comparable item in stock

If a replacement is damaged during shipping, we cannot offer a second replacement and recommend accepting a refund instead.

Returns are not accepted for broken items or for orders already shipped. Refunds or replacements are only considered after the product has been received and verified under the conditions above.
